Service Description

This is a group class where we use breathing and connection exercises, to bring our self into our center and at the moment, clearing any thoughts and worries, before going into a mediation. Then we move into the second part of the class in which we share positive and healing energy with the whole group so as to help each other to unblock energy and release tired emotions, trauma, pain and sickness. This is an hour and a half class full of positive energy, love and light.
