Service Description

A beautiful cycle of 9 classes that aim to help participants to go within and heal trauma, unblock chakras, expand their energy and find peace and freedom. In the class we combine movement, music, mandala art and meditation to unblock the body, mind and soul and release unprocessed trauma and hidden memories but also to release stress and tension. The classes are done once a week and include an introduction class, a class for each of our 7 main chakras and an integration class.
