Service Description

These sessions are booked on demand for couples that will like to help their relationship by releasing all tired energy, improve communication, reconnect and move to the same directions holding the energy level of the relationship high. The aim is to uncover love, compassion and understanding and use these as the main elements in a relationship to build a healthy and happy life together. In the sessions we use breathwork, communication and connection exercises, meditation and healing exercises. These are one and a half hour sessions and usually a package of 4 sessions is booked as a starting point.
